Create a form

Create a form by following these steps: 

Step 1: Click on the Pages tab from the toolbar at the top of the page, then click New page. toolbar_pages_tab.png

 Steps 2: Select Campaign page, then choose Create a form.

Step 3: Fill in the form’s fields: enter a Form title, Upload a cover image or a YouTube link, and describe your form.

Step 4: The form should include at least one question. The asks for the register's name and email by default, so you do not need to ask for these details again. Choose a field from the dropdown menu, create one of your own by choosing Free text. You can choose to have required fields by ticking the Required box.

Step 5: in case you would like to ask more that one question, you can do so by clicking Add a question.

Step 6: Choose Advanced options to add a Label and track who in your contacts filled the form. You can also assign an Internal page name to your form, which will only be visible to the administrators. Additionally, you can change your Call to action text.

Step 7: Click on Next to save and finish. If you’re not ready to publish and distribute your petition just yet, you can always save it as a draft.
