Send newsletters from any campaign page

Drove allows you quickly and effortlessly to send unlimited newsletters, in one of the following ways:

 

⇨ Send a Newsletter from any page 

  1.  On the page admin options pick on the top right "promote by email"

  2. This will create a new newsletter based entirely on the page you've just created it from.
  3. On the next page, you are welcome to change the email subject line and the recipients by editing the left side of the screen

  4. Under Advanced Options you can add Preview Text - this will be shown in the inbox after the subject line. You can also control the sender name from here and change the internal name that will be displayed on your newsletter tab.

  5. On the left, you can see the campaign page (draft) as it would look as a newsletter. You can either send your page as a newsletter or edit it as you see fit.

  6.   You can also edit your logo and footer from here.

  7.  To check on your inbox how the email would look like press on "send me a test email". The message will be sent to the email address you've registered with to Drove platform.

  8.  You can always "save as draft" this email and come back again from your newsletters tab.

  9.  When done, you can either send the email immediately by clicking "Send Now" or schedule sending it on a specific time and date. 

  10. Clicking "Send Now" will ask you to confirm

TIPS

- You can assign tags to your contacts then choose the tags you wish to send the newsletter to.

- When sending out a newsletter, you can choose to send to everyone on your list, or just to those who have not (yet) completed the action (donate, sign a petition, etc.).
