Start an Email Petition
⇨ Go to "Pages" at the top bar > "+new page" > "Campaign page" > "Start an Email Petition".
⇨ Write content to your campaign, asking your audience to participate. You can add a photo or a video from YouTube.
Then click "Next".
Petition options
⇨ You can set a goal to your petition and add a deadline.
⇨ Enter the email address of the recipient of the email petition. You can add up to 24 recipients.
⇨ Enter the email petition subject line and a recommended message.
Advanced options
⇨ Chose whether everyone can see messages sent or only admins.
⇨ You can add a Label only admins can see in the Contacts list and give the campaign a name you can easily find in the Pages list.
⇨ If you want you can change the call to action button text.
TIPS
Remember, the copy you place is merely a suggestion for your followers. They can send it as is, edit it, or entirely rewrite it.
When your Email Petition is ready you can send it to all your contacts. Follow these instructions.
