Manage account settings

Edit your Drove account details, purchase new plans, brand your account, manage administrator permissions and connect payment methods.

To access your account settings, click the menu on the right-hand corner of the screen:

Once you click on Account settings, you will be taken to the Account info page where you can edit your contact information, plan, brand options, and payment setting, and manage page roles .account_settings_toolbar3.png

The first tab, Account info, shows your personal/organization details.

If you wish to connect a payment method, you must provide full details for invoicing (name of the organization, registration number, address and contact information). Payment methods cannot be connected without them.

You can also archive your account from this tab.

In the second tab, Your plan, you can upgrade to one of Drove's premium plans at a monthly fee.

In Brand options, you can set your logo and brand colors. The color selection will appear on the buttons and links of your pages, and the logo will appear on top.

The Manage roles tab lets you add other admins to your accounts. Click here for the guide.

Note that there is no admin hierarchy, and all admins have the same rights, including the ability to remove another admin. The account owner cannot be removed.

In Payment settings, you can connect a payment provider and start receiving payments via Drove.

US-based accounts can set up a PayPal or Stripe terminal on your own; Israel based accounts can connect PayPal and we will connect the rest for you after you complete the initial terminal creation process with the credit card and payment provider.

if you wish to connect PayPal Please Note:

  • In order to accept funds, it is important for you to complete all the necessary details including the verification and identification process with PayPal

  • Please note that if you do not complete the identification process (KYC) with PayPal your account will be restricted from receiving and\or withdrawal of funds and might also lead to account blocking.

  • Funds transferred through PayPal will be defined as a "transaction" by default, to define as "donation" please check the "Allow Donations" box.
