You've worked hard to set up a fundraising campaign, but like everything in life, it comes with fees, commissions, and other operating expenses. Now you can ask your supporters to add a few extra shekels to tip your organization, or to cover the payment fees, so that the money they donate to your crowdfunding campaign goes entirely to the cause they donated to.
It's a small effort for them, but a huge amount for you - it's amazing to see how much people are willing to give.
What is it good for?
✔ Increase income
✔ Let supporters help your cause even more
✔ On average, about 85% of campaign participants will choose to add more money to help the cause.
How does it work?
On the crowdfunding campaign page settings, you can check the "Allow backers to add a tip" or "cover the payment fee" option This is not required, but we recommend it.

Once you enable one of the options, it will appear on the checkout page and will be automatically marked, Your supporters can opt to uncheck it or change the suggested amount in the "Add a Tip" option.
The "Add Tip" option
The "Add Fee Coverage" option
Ticket sales and shops pages - the only option is "cover fees" only, and if enabled, fees will be automatically added and your buyers will not be presented with the option to opt-out.
Keep in mind
* The options are available on a crowdfunding campaigns only.
* Any addition that the backer chooses to add (fee coverage or tip) goes entirely to the organization, Drove does not charge you a fee for these.
* You can choose to add a tip or fee coverage, not both (or choose neither )
* For fee coverage - credit card companies charge 2.9% of the transaction, plus an additional $0.30.
